As a ticketing concierge at Playhouse Square, I help with facilitating the purchase and delivery of individual and season tickets to our patrons. Most of my work is spent interacting with guests at the box office. I may be helping them pick up their will-call tickets, purchase for current and future shows, renewing season tickets, and providing any other important information about our programming.
